Varies by your settings and activity (e.g., 1–2 check-ins per project per day) plus your replies.

Opt-out & Help

• Reply STOP to stop messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation text.
• Reply START to resume messages.
• Reply HELP for help or email support@moryhq.com.
