• You’re responsible for keeping your account secure.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Plans renew monthly until canceled.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• You can cancel anytime in your dashboard; access lasts through the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

• No illegal content, spam, or abuse of the service.
• No attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

5. SMS Program

• Message frequency varies by your settings.
• Reply STOP to opt out; START to resume; HELP for help.
• Msg & data rates may apply.

SMS Program Terms

Program name: Mory

Description: We send goal/project check-ins, reminders, and confirmations by SMS. You may reply with updates or commands.

• Opt-in: You consent during signup and phone verification.
• Frequency: Varies by your settings (e.g., 1–2 check-ins per project per day) and replies.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to end; START to resume; HELP for help.
• Fees: Message & data rates may apply. Carriers aren’t liable for delayed/undelivered messages.
• Privacy: See our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of our software, branding, and content.

7. Disclaimers

Mory provides productivity assistance and is not medical, legal, or financial advice. Service is provided “as is” without warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
